Accommodation

Financial support

Due to the limited budged, the organizers could provide a partial financial support to some (maybe not all) of overseas invited speakers which basically covers their local expenses from September 5 to September 11. If you are an overseas invited speaker and if you would like some financial support, then please email to Seiichi Kamada as soon as possible.

Visa

Overseas participants should get visa themselves if necessary for entering Japan. Organizers will not provide any document for visa for participants who are not invited speakers. Even (s)he is an invited speaker, (s)he should consult with the organizers in advance if we could provide it.
