Purpose of the Workshop
The Osaka City University International Conferences/Workshops since 2003 have aimed to cover new frontiers in advanced molecular science and chemistry, particularly emphasizing our efforts to control in advanced molecular functionality from microscopic to macroscopic scale.
As all the previous OCU Conferences, distinguished scientists outside OCU, one from UK and the other from Osaka University, are invited to the 8th workshop. The 8th workshop is characterized by special purpose: Young chemists of Departments of Chemistry and Materials Science, OCU have been selected and will give “Highlight Lectures of the 2005 Academic Year.” They have made outstanding achievements from many aspects in the fields of advanced molecular science and chemistry during the 2005 year. Their achievements will be highlighted, encouraging PDs and graduate students as well.
