Prior consultation
- Please directly contact us by e-mail or telephone using the contact information with mention in gContacth column concerning desired analytical contents at first.
- Next you will consult with the person in charge for the analysis about the concrete contents, preparation for the samples, the delivery date of the results of the measurements possible at that point.
The delivery time and the cost in connection with the use of such facilities will be greatly different with the analytical contents or quantity of the sample or others. Depending on the analytical contents, the form or shape of the samples or the analytical purpose, we may not cope with your usage in our facilities. - When it is used particularly for the first time, please perform "Prior consultation" by all mean.
In the case of the repeat use, we will perform adjustment about the delivery date in this process.
Submit applications
- After the analyzer to use and the analysis condition has settled, in the case you will be propose, please download the applicable file or your usage from the above relevant part and fill in the necessary items.
Please submit it to the person in charge of the analysis.
Measurement & Analysis
- Please prepare for the sample after consultation with the analysis person in charge.
Result report
- After analysis completion, we return "An analytical data and results " to the applicant.
Payment of fee
- The charge is added up every fixed period of time in the year by every laboratory and asked the accounting section of Osaka City University for transfer processing. Before account transfer request, the charge contents will be informed to each laboratory by a document separately from Analytical Center.

Registration for usage
- Please register for the person measurement according to the announcement of the each subcommittee of Analytical Center in every beginning of the fiscal year.
- In the case of the registration, the approval of the people in charge such as his/her instructors is needed by all means from the viewpoint of risk management.
Attendance of training
- The registrant must attend the measurement training provided by the each subcommittee of the equipment and learn the manner and way to use the facilities jointly, the operation of the apparatus and the like.
- User of the re-registration need not to attend the training from the next fiscal year. In the case of an exception as follows the re-registrant will attend the training again.
The case that the new training becomes necessary because of the version up of the software of the operation and the like The case that the re-registrant desires to attend the training because he/she is a little anxious about controlling a operation by the time of the blank that he/she did not register and the like
Use of Equipment
- Please observe the usage every apparatus and cooperate for the joint use.
- Should the user give any damage to the facility of Analytical Center and its associated equipment and goods due to intentional act or gross negligence or impose a lot of trouble on the other users, you may retain from the usage by a judgment of the steering Committee.
- In the event of any accident and trouble on the operation, the user will not handle the situation at his/her responsibility but promptly notify the responsible person or the Committee accordingly, and follow the instructions.
