    Date: Wednesday, July 17, 2019
    Place: B105
    Presenter: Munekazu Horikoshi
Attendees: Chiba, Sato, Ogata (Nuclear) Inouye, Horikoshi, Kato (Cold Atom)
Minutes: Overview of Few- and Many-body systems realized by ultracold Fermionic atom systems" The general properties of few body systems and quantum degenerate gases are discussed. The similarities and differences were discussed while comparing the ultracold Fermi atomic system and the nuclear system. Furthermore, we discuss concrete evaluation methods for resonance scattering, which is the key to the properties of these systems.

    Place: B105
    Presenter:Yohei Chiba
Attendees: Chiba, Sato, Ogata, Sakuragi (Nuclear) Inouye, Horikoshi, Kato (Cold Atom)
Minutes: Chiba explained the basic matters regarding the importance of clusters in the nucleus. In particular, regarding the treatment called "condensed state of alpha particles", we discussed whether it is possible to distinguish whether it is actually condensed or not and comparing it with the example of cold atoms.
