INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

Poster session is scheduled on Wednesday, December 12, from 14:00 to 15:00 at the Common room (10F). Please note the following information for the preparation of your poster:

  • Poster presenters are encouraged to display the poster on Tuesday evening (December 11). The room will be open from 16:00 to 17:00. Posters should be on display for the whole conference.
  • The dimensions of the poster board are 113 cm in width × 167 cm in height. Please prepare your poster to fit the board.
  • Pins will be available for the mounting of posters.
  • You will receive a list of the poster presentation at the registration desk, in which the poster board number assigned to you is indicated. Please use the board with the same number.
