Invitation Letter

If you need an invitation letter, please contact Masanori Adachi with the following information:
  1. Your full name, title (Prof./Mr./Ms.), affiliation and position
  2. Your postal address (if you need the original letter)

Please check whether you need a visa to enter to Japan at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan. If you need it, please contact Masanori Adachi as soon as possible with the following information:
  1. Your full name, title (Prof./Mr./Ms.), affiliation and position
  2. Scan of your passport
  3. Tentative itinerary (including flight numbers, departure and arrival dates of your current plan)
  4. Your postal address

We recommend booking a hotel as soon as possible because it seems that another conference (for physicians?) will be held in our university during the same period as this workshop.

We recommend Kansai Kenshu Center (KKC) if you prefer the one close to the university. See here for the detail. If you would like to book a room in KKC, please contact Masanori Adachi.

You can also find many hotels around Tennoji station, from which you can easily get to Sugimotocho Station (= the nearest station to the university) via JR Hanwa Line (West Japan Railway Company Hanwa Line).

It seems that all the rooms in Osaka City University Guest House are already taken and they have no vacancies during the period of this workshop, unfortunately.
