    Map of the 1st and 10th floors of the Media Center

    1) Entrance of the Media Center
    The conference will be held in auditorium on the 10th floor of the Media Center. It starts at 9:00.

    The Front Entrance on the east side of the Media Center opens at 8:30am in weekdays and at 10:00am on Saturday. On Saturday the participants can enter from the South Entrance during 8:30am - 10:00am.

    2) Procedure in the morning of April 3rd (1st day)
    In the morning of the first day, the front desk is on the 1st floor of the Media Center. Please tell your name at the front desk and then take an elevator to the 10th floor.

    After you get off the elevator on the 10th floor, make an immediate right turn twice to enter the common room. Registration packets are ordered alphabetically in the room. Pick up yours. Then go to Auditorium.

    3) Rooms on the 10th floor
    Room 1 is for network connection with a LAN cable. Speakers can use this space for preparation of his/her talk. After the morning of the first day, the front desk of the conference is in Room 2.
    Room 3 is the storage of poster boards.
    The rest is more or less obvious.

    4) Registration packet
    A registration packet contains the following items: your name tag, the program printed, a paper pad, a pen, maps, the receipt, and the network ID and the password of the wireless LAN at the common room.

    You can find your registration packet in the common room in the morning of the first day or in Room 2 in later times.
