You are here: Instructions to deliver your talk and poster presentation
    a) Talks
The conference will be run by our master PC (Windows).
While it is possible to present your talk with your lap top (Windows, Mac,...) or with sheets of papers on document camera, the risk is not zero.
So we ask you to e-mail your PDF or PPT file to our e-mail address by at least one day in advance before your talk. We ask you to refrain from making your presentation by iPad as we have a margin problem which we could not resolve.

    b) Posters
As for poster presentation, we prepare two kinds of poster boards: white boards (W81cm x H147cm) and cloth boards (W113cm x H163cm). Both sides of a cloth board can be used, so a cloth board is for two presenters.
The width of the white boards is slightly smaller than that of A0 papers (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm).

On April 2 (Mon) and 3 (Tue), all boards are in Room 3. Poster presenters can put your poster on a board anytime from Monday afternoon. Please remember an assigned number on the (side of) board you have chosen.

On Wednesday morning, following "Layout-of-Poster-Boards.pdf", all boards are moved from Room 3 to the common room. The poster session is scheduled on Wednesday afternoon. But posters can be exhibited in the common room on Wednesday and Thursday.

We have a lot of pushpins and magnets, so there is no need for you to bring any attachments.
