The reception desk of the conference will be open at the first floor of Osaka City University Media Center at 9:00 on December 1. Please come to the Media Center about 9:00-9:30. The first invited talk of the conference will start at 9:50 at the 10th floor of the Media Center.

Unfortunetely there is no blackbord at the lecture rooms of the media center. However there are enough whiteboards, the computer projector and the visualizer. Please prepare your talk using them.

The reception party of the conference Part I in Osaka will be planned at the Restaurant "Whisteria", the first floor of the Osaka City University Media Center, in the evening of Dec. 2 (Fri), party fee \5000. The reception party of the conference Part II in Fuokuoka will be planned at the Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk in the evening of Dec. 7 (Wed), party fee \6000. The accommodation for all foreign participants will be arranged by the organizing committee. The accommodation for participants to Prat I in Osaka is the Kansai Kenshu Center (KKC, \6000 one night for a single room) or the Osaka City University Guest House. The accommodation for participants to Prat II in Fukuoka is the Hilton Fukuoka Sea Hawk (\8500 one night with breakfast as a special price for participants to the PRGC).
